Eye Lift - Blepharoplasty

Blepharoplasty is a procedure that removes the excess skin from the upper and/or lower eyelids and also addresses any heaviness or excess fat that is found in those areas! The upper and the lower eyelids are addressed separately and can be done at the same or different time - depending on an individual's needs.  Many patients have or develop heavy upper eyelids with age or through sun damage, and it can give them a tired look. Removing the excess skin opens up the eyes and makes patients look younger and more refreshed.

Eye Lift Procedure

The procedure can be done under sedation and is generally considered cosmetic.  Depending on the extent of the procedure, it can be as quick as an hour or up to four hours in the operating room.  Dr. Hazen also combines this procedure with laser and skin tightening, when needed, as well as filler when required.
