Erica Rosa
Business Manager
As the business manager, Erica loves that she can blend her passion for health and wellness in a practice that embraces both! She will assist you with the planning, scheduling, and financial arrangements pertaining to your care. Erica always strives for a standard of excellence. Taking great pleasure in sharing a patient’s journey, she looks forward to witnessing their excitement at the end of the transformation.
Erica began working as Dr. Hazen’s Receptionist in 2008 and went on to receive her degree at NYU in Healthcare Administration. Additionally, Erica oversees daily operations to ensure the practice is operating at the highest level possible. She is devoted to supporting the team to allow the practice to continually grow.
In her time away from the office, Erica loves spending time with her son, photography, and traveling the world.

Emma Caffrey
Patient Care Coordinator
As the patient care coordinator, Emma is the first point of contact for many patients. Emma strives to create a warm and welcoming environment for each patient from the first phone call. She helps new patients through the process of making appointments and any general questions a patient may have.
Emma is a recent Penn State graduate where she earned a degree in healthcare administration. She loves that she gets to apply what she has learned in school to real life experiences. Emma is new to the healthcare field and is looking forward to all the knowledge and experience she will gain working with Dr. Hazen and her team.
In her free time, Emma likes to spend time with her friends and family. She has recently moved to NYC and has enjoyed getting to explore her neighborhood. In her downtime, Emma enjoys reading. Her favorite books to read are mysteries.

Daryl Smolens
Physician Assistant
Daryl joined Alexes Hazen, MD Plastic Surgery and Wellness in 2018. Daryl and Dr. Hazen have known each other and worked together for many years prior to joining the practice.
Daryl received a Bachelor’s of Science from New York University, as well as graduated from Weill Cornell Medical College’s Physician Assistant program.
One of Daryl’s most notable accomplishments was becoming the first Physician Assistant at the Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospital, running the Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Department for over two decades.
Daryl provides pre-operative education for patients, which includes detailed background and information on what to expect leading up to and including the day of surgery, assists Dr. Hazen with surgery, and provides post-operative follow-up care.
Daryl enjoys the one-on-one contact with her patients. She prides herself on helping them feel at ease, and both confident and comfortable with their results inside and out.
When not working, Daryl loves Pilates, the beach and spending time with her family.

Sabrina Rozier
Senior Surgical Coordinator
As the Senior Surgical Coordinator, Sabrina is responsible for scheduling surgeries and follow up appointments for the patients and performing other related duties.
Sabrina brings many years of experience in the Healthcare Field. From working at a Level 5 Trauma Center to working for a Multi Practice Physician Office. Sabrina is a Native of New Jersey, who recently moved from Georgia to New York to pursue an exciting career with Dr. Alexes Hazen and her team.
In Sabrina’s spare time, she enjoys visiting with her mom and two sons. She also enjoys traveling, sightseeing and loves to take cruises.
Loveth Adenuga
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Loveth is a Cleveland Clinic and NYU trained Nurse Practitioner with a background of working in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit for almost a decade. During her time in the ICU, she realized that she had a deep connection with the increased self esteem a lot of her reconstructive plastic surgery patients experienced after their surgeries. Her love of melding science and beauty brought her into the aesthetic industry, and it's been one of the best decisions she has ever made.
When she's not working, she's spending time with her beautiful family, eating, and looking for the coolest new workout class New York City has to offer.
Talita Peraino
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
As a Nurse Practitioner, Talita is passionate about helping patients become the best versions of themselves. Engaging in a patient’s journey brings her an overwhelming sense of gratitude. She has over 12 years of experience in a variety of specialties, including Medical-Surgical, Emergency Department, Operating Room, Neurology, and Aesthetics. Talita earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and pursued her Nurse Practitioner degree at New York University and Hunter College. She is always seeking to enhance her knowledge and skills through conferences and courses worldwide. Networking with professionals in the aesthetic community helps her stay up to date with the most advanced techniques and protocols. Her hobbies include swimming, ice skating, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Whitney Saia
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Whitney Saia is a highly accomplished nurse practitioner with over 12 years of experience in plastic surgery and aesthetics. Having honed her expertise at prestigious institutions like NYU and Stanford University, she possesses a refined understanding of both East and West Coast beauty ideals. An expert in her field, Whitney has frequently spoken at national plastic surgery conferences and participated in ongoing research initiatives, in addition to completing her Aesthetic Nurse Specialist Certification.
Whitney currently resides in Paris, France while continuing to maintain a dedicated presence in New York to serve her clientele on a quarterly basis. Specializing in a range of facial rejuvenation techniques, including Botox and dermal filler injections and advanced skin treatments, she is committed to achieving subtle and sophisticated results focusing on the enhancement of one’s individual, natural beauty. Her international perspective, cultivated through years of aesthetic practice coupled with an immersion in the Parisian lifestyle allows her to offer a unique global approach to aesthetic artistry.
